You retain ownership of all photos and content you create using ProofShot Pro. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly share it.
4. Disclaimer
ProofShot Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProofShot Pro be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
