Data Collection
ProofShot Pro is designed with privacy in mind. Your photos and project data are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. We do not collect, store, or have access to your photos or personal content.
Local Storage
All your data including photos, projects, company settings, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it via email, text, or other sharing methods.
AI Features
When you use AI-powered features like caption generation, your photos may be temporarily processed by our AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate descriptions. These images are not stored after processing.
Account Information
Your account information (email, name) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central database of user accounts.
Third-Party Services
When you share content via email, text, or social media, that content is processed by the respective platform's sharing mechanisms. Please refer to their privacy policies for information on how they handle shared content.
Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by clearing your browser's storage or using the delete functions within the app. Deleted projects are moved to Recently Deleted and permanently removed after 30 days.
